Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the ZenPoint edge infrastructure, distributed telemetry services, or research repositories at zenpoint.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.

2. Acceptable Network Use

Users shall not utilize ZenPoint compute isolates for unauthorized penetration testing, malicious packet flooding, copyright infringement, or any activity that compromises the stability of global Anycast transit partners.

3. Service Level & Warranties

ZenPoint provides its open edge telemetry on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our network architecture targets 99.999% uptime, we disclaim all warranties against unforeseen transit partitions.
